As a motorsports enthusiast, Jody co-owned his own off-road company which specialised in 4×4, enduro, motocross and quad bike events. The company also acquired a UK-wide garden furniture business to diversify its portfolio and was eventually acquired by a third party in April 2022. Jody has also played representative sport in the Army at cricket, rugby, skiing, squash and football. He remains a keen sportsman, but is now more of a spectator for cricket and rugby. As a result, Jody aligns perfectly with the Chamois company ethos.
