Chamois Sponsors British Army rider Tyler Viveiros for the 2024 Motorcycle Racing Season

We’re extremely excited to announce the establishment of a new partnership and a new corporate sponsorship deal for motorcycle road racer Tyler Viveiros this year. Representing the British Army Motorcycle Road Race Team, Tyler will compete in the British Superbikes series (BSB) for the 2024 season.

An extremely promising young rider with impressive results to date, Tyler is now making the leap into one of the UK’s premier racing championships run alongside BSB in the ABK Beer 0% BMW Motorrad F 900 R Cup. With over fifty entries for the forthcoming season, it’s a class that promises packed grids and close racing with a competitive cohort of riders. Participants will compete on identical 105hp F900 R roadsters over nine rounds; the first of which being held in Navarra, Spain before moving onto eight iconic British circuits.

As well as racing motorbikes, Tyler, who currently serves as a Corporal in the Royal Engineers, is due to attend the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst this year, having recently attended and passed the Army Officers Selection Board. As a veteran owned and staffed company, we’re particularly proud of our association with Tyler as most of our staff passed through Sandhurst, albeit a few (many) years ago! Tyler’s racing activities plus his selection for officer training exemplify the Chamois ethos of striving for excellence both inside and outside of the working environment.

Jamie Clarke, CEO at Chamois said: “having sponsored Richard Spencer-Fleet for the last 7 seasons, when he retired from racing, Richard introduced us to Tyler and on Richard’s recommendation, I’m very pleased indeed to agree this support package for Tyler in 2024. Tyler’s racing pedigree and progress is impressive enough but when he passed officer selection, we knew he was the guy for us. Five of the Chamois team are Sandhurst Graduates, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on both his racing and his military progress throughout this year”. He added: “our work hard-play hard approach is a fundamental part of the Chamois ethos and I know Tyler fits our mould perfectly. We wish him the very best of luck with his racing and with his officer training and we’re proud to be associated with him, through this support package.”
